Payment
Cash payment accepted on the day of outing prior to departure.
Debit, credit cards and cheques not accepted.

Onsite professional guide. Instructions given in English (also available in

We will have the panning gear you need while panning with us at no extra
cost.
We provide you with one complimentary vial to take home your gold findings
We offer a complementary digital picture of you panning which we can email
to you upon request.
Gear Note:
We have brand new gold pans and snuffer bottles that you may purchase onsite
to carry on your new gold panning adventures after your excursion with us.
Prices are:
15" Garrett Super Sluice Pan: $20.00 Taxes Included

Not Included
Transportation to the site is not included. Please arrive with a working vehicle.
Our nearest gold panning site is approx 5km from village of Gold River.
Rain gear. Please ensure you have the right clothing for the weather.
Rubber boots. Yes, you will want them, or you will get your feet wet.
Rubber gloves. Or you can use bare hands, but
the water can be very cold.
Food and drinks. Please bring your own food and drinks.
Cancellation Policy
We will normally proceed with the planned excursion rain or shine.
The full price paid will be refunded if you cancel 48 hours prior to your
scheduled departure.
No refunds or alternate dates will be given for any reason if cancelled less
than 48 hours before your tour.
We reserve the right to cancel any trip due to weather conditions or
unforeseen circumstances.
Departure times are subject to change without notice.
Waiver of Liability
By and upon providing payment and engaging in any excursion offered herein
all participants shall accept all liability, risks, injury or death.
All participants will
be required to sign a
Waiver of Liability
prior to departure.
Must be aged 16+ years or
older to participate. Please make sure you have proper footwear, head
protection
and are healthy
enough
to sustain extended periods of physical exertion.
The risk of slipping, falling or drowing is high if you are not careful.
